  • The average American home consumes over 60,000 Btu’s of energy per livable square foot per year. That’s equivalent to about ½ gallon of home heating oil per square foot. Since your home is a system, the deficiencies that cause poor energy performance also create an unhealthy living environment (such as mold, etc.)
